  • Absolutely! We love to reward our loyal clients for spreading the word about Remastered. For every new client you refer to us, you and your friend will both receive $20 of in-shop credit after their first facial. It's super simple, all your friend needs to do is mention your name at checkout and we'll take care of the rest. No complicated codes or paperwork needed. We appreciate your support and hope you continue to share the love!

  • If you need to make any changes to your appointment, no problem. If it's more than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you can easily cancel or adjust your appointment through our website or by giving us a call at the shop. Just a friendly reminder that if you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, .a 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file.

    This charge will also apply if more you are 5 minutes late to an appointment.

  • We want to make sure your experience is as personalized as possible, so we've created a profile for you to fill out. It's super easy and you can do it online before your session or when you arrive for your appointment. Your esthetician will reference this profile before and during your treatment, to make sure we are giving you the best experience possible.

  • We treat sensitization, inflammation, acne conditions like blackheads, papules, pustules, breakouts, pigmentation issues, signs of aging, dehydration, milia, scarring and seasonal skin changes and challenges. We do not offer any injectables or laser services or anything that requires a dermatologist’s medical opinion.

  • There’s no need to stress or prepare too much. In the few days leading up to your appointment, just avoid heavy exfoliation, especially retinol/peels, waxing, or any other procedures such as injections and laser treatments. It’s worth noting that any false lashes or microblade eyebrows may be affected by the facial.

    If you have a beard or other facial hair, try not to shave for the three days leading up to your appointment.

    The most important thing is to be open and honest with your esthetician about any treatments you’ve had in the past, your goals for the facial, and what products you use at home. There’s no need to feel embarrassed, your honesty will help us give you the best treatment possible.

  • For a monthly fee of $85, members receive:

    1. A monthly facial is included in the membership, helping you maintain a consistent skincare routine.

    2. 20% off products at sign-up allowing you to start your at-home skincare regimen with high-quality products.

    3. 10% off products anytime after sign-up, so you can continue to enjoy savings on your favorite skincare items throughout your membership.

    4. A $10 discount on any additional facials, making it more affordable to treat your skin more frequently if desired.

    5. 15% off on enhancements such as peels, microdermabrasion, and more, providing you with an opportunity to further customize and elevate your facial treatments.

    6. 10% off waxing services, for consistent smooth skin. Membership discount does not include brow waxing.

  • Your first invoice will include a 3-month membership fee, as we require a minimum 3-month commitment to join our program. After that, your account will be billed monthly at the regular rate.

  • We understand that life can get hectic and that's why we're here to make it a little bit easier for you. Our membership program is designed to keep your skin healthy and glowing, but we know it's not always possible to make it to every appointment. That's why we've got you covered with some flexible options. We allow for 2 rollovers per year, so if you miss a month, just let us know before the end of that month and we'll ensure you can use it the next month. You can also turn the paid value of a missed membership benefit into product credit or a gift card, or even pay it forward by gifting the facial to a friend or family member!

  • If you're heading on vacation or just need a break, we also offer the ability to pause your membership once a year for up to 2 months. No need to stress, just fill out this form and we'll take care of the rest!

  • We're glad you've decided to join our membership program, but we understand that sometimes things change. After a 3-month minimum-join period, you're free to cancel at any time, though we'll be sorry to see you go. We just want to remind you that there is a 30-day cancellation period, so you may be charged for one more month of membership before your cancellation takes effect.

    If you need to cancel, don't worry, it's easy! Just let us know.

  • To join, first book an appointment and we'll get you signed up in-person on the day of your facial, which can count as your first membership visit! If you are a regular client please email us at book@remastered.studio

  • Services

    We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your service, so if for any reason you're not, please let us know at hello@remastered.studio. While we don't offer refunds for services, we'll do everything we can to make it right for you.

    Products

    We're so glad you're happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. For products that have been minimally used, we accept exchanges for store credit within 14 days. Unused products can also be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For items that were purchased during a sale or promotional offer, we'll provide store credit for any returns.

    Gift Cards

    Gift cards are like cash, they never expire but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and can't be exchanged for cash unless required by law. Gift cards are final sale.

  • Canceling More Than 24 Hours From Your Appointment

    If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, no worries! You can easily do it by giving us a call or using Square.

    Canceling Within 24 Hours

    We understand that last-minute changes happen, however, cancellations within 24 hours will have a $25 fee. If you still need to cancel, give us a call or use Square.

  • We want to make sure you have the best experience possible, and that starts with being on time for your appointment.

    We kindly ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment so that you have enough time to check in, relax and start your facial promptly. If you arrive past your scheduled start time, your treatment may be shortened. If you're a new client, please arrive 10 minutes early so you can fill out our first-time form.

    If you're running late, please don't worry. Just give us a heads-up by calling the location at which you're booked. We understand that things happen, but please note that those arriving 15+ minutes after the start time will not be serviced and will incur a late cancellation/no-show which will be a standard $30 fee.
